Payment Options and Cancellation Policy

All charters must be booked with a $100.00 credit card deposit. You must call me on the telephone and give me your credit card information. This is for the safety of your card and also so I can answer any questions you may have about your trip. I cannot and will not take any credit card information online. If you do not call, you do not have a trip reserved. Final payment must be made by either cash or a Visa/Mastercard credit card. I will no longer accept personal checks. 99.9% of my customers are good honest people, but it’s that 0.1% that has caused me to take this position.

If you have to cancel or reschedule your trip, you must do so in advance of 7 days prior to your scheduled charter. If not, your deposit is not refundable. I have already turned away another customer for that day. I will give you a credit for the deposit towards another charter that you schedule in the future. If you do not show for your charter, you forfeit your deposit and will be charged for the trip that you booked.

I and only I can cancel the trip due to inclement weather. Your safety is my primary goal and I will not put your or your family’s life in jeopardy. If I make the call to cancel, I will due my best to get you rescheduled and if I cannot, i will refund all of your deposited monies.

If you do have a “true” emergency or situation, call me and talk to me. I am human and I do sympathize with unforeseen circumstances.

Please understand that I have put these policies into place because this is business. I do not and will never intend to make a profit on any monies that I receive for deposits, but if you don’t show, I have lost wages for the day and therefore I will charge you for the trip. I wish that I did not have to have such policies, but business is business.
